Geeze those pictures are like something out of the twilight zone.
People have become so downtrodden that they abide by this ridiculousness..

What do you suggest we do?

I haven’t got the answers but for me, I don’t go to a park and sit inside your designated circles with a thousand other people. It’s pretty pathetic. Im more likely to go to a creek, or a more obscure place with less people and chill out there.
Got to look after your mental state.

Can't go more than 5km from home here.

You haven’t got a sports oval or a piece of land you can hang out and catch up on?

Can't catch up here, that is my point, I'd gladly sit in a ring if we could and could find somewhere where the rings are not needed, but I'd gladly sit in a ring if it meant i could catch up with some other people.

You can’t excercise/go for a walk?

I can and I do, but we still can't meet up with other people.

This made me a little happier today.

Several restrictions to ease for LGAs of concern
From tomorrow, Monday September 20th, several restrictions will ease for residents in the LGAs of concern.

There will be no limit on the duration of outdoor exercise and recreation

Outdoor gatherings of up to 5 fully vaccinated people will be allowed in a person's LGA or within 5km of home

Shopping, exercise and outdoor recreation can be done 5km from home or within LGA

Residents can attend a small wedding (maximum 11 people) in Greater Sydney as a guest

A person's single bubble buddy can live in Greater Sydney (previously must have resided within 5km of a persons home)

From next Monday, September 27th, all outdoor pools across New South Wales will be able to open, provided councils have a COVID safety plan approved by NSW Health.

Restrictions in these LGAs will start to align more with other lockdown affected areas, and are being eased as vaccination rates rise in Sydney's West and South-West.

Watching College ball this afternoon totally packed stadiums , the lockdowns are almost at an end I think!

Its a pity when covid is still a concern in the more conservative states in the USA.Not a very intelligent move imo

In the USA there are states with low levels of vaccination(the Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon supporting states)It makes zero sense to the rest of the world but anti vax in the USA is largely political. It honestly defies logic

Everything is political over there. It’s a cesspool. I remember Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon supporters at a Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon rally, at the very beginning of Covid, claiming Covid was a hoax created by the Democrats. Senators wore gas masks to mock the seriousness of the virus. You have law makers fighting against masks and vaccination’s. The country is mentally ill

Now FDA rejects widespread booster use for Americans, just to 65+ & vulnerables. Wonder which way the TGA goes.

Sub 1000 today, 935 cases.

52.6% of eligible NSW double dosed, this would likely be a factor in reducing infection numbers. Probably also a weekend lag too. People less likely to get swabbed on a weekend. Either way, it's an improvement.

7 days until 60% double dosed (27th Sept.)
18 days until 70%.
29 days until 80%
40 days until 90% (14 days until 90% single dosed.)
