Yes it is
Its simply not and you are making stuff up as you go along. Good luck getting your unvaxxed kid into day care.
You are wrong, but if you still think you are right, please point to the clause in the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 that you feel covers it.

My kids medical information is none of your business pal.
Actually this is not true since January 2018. If your kid wanted to go to the same child care as mine, your kids vaccination record WOULD be my business and would also be the business of the Child Care centre. This is due to the Public Health Act 2010 *"children who are unvaccinated due to their parent’s conscientious objection can no longer be enrolled in child care. It is an offence (with a penalty of 50 penalty units) for a principal to fail to comply with the child care vaccination enrolment equirements."* You see how it works?
>Why don’t you familiarise yourself with the Privacy Act Einstein.
Why do I need to? You claimed that it was illegal to discriminate on medical grounds. Its not.
>Just because you’re happy to participate in a clinical trial doesn’t make it ok for you to devalue other peoples right to choice and bodily integrity.
Point me to a post where I "devalued" others peoples right to choice? Just because I call you out for making stuff up, isnt denigrating your right to chose to be vaccinated or not. I actually have no reason to know if you are vaccinated or not, you havent said and I dont care.
I don’t think there’s a vaccination that’s approved for children under 11 yet. Phizer filed for approval but not approved yet. They’re jabbing all the adults around them.
Educators were proposing “cohorting” the kids but that’s gonna be impossible telling kids Sam can’t play with jimmy who is in another cohort. ? paradise!
Just for clarification, I wasnt talking about Covid vaccination, I was talking about general vaccination. Old mate stated confidently that it was illegal to discriminate for "medical reasons" on the basis of vaccination status. I pointed out that there is nothing in the Discrimination Act regarding it, it is not illegal and is already happening in Child Care Centres.
