Got the 2nd jab Friday, just in time for tomorrow. Can’t wait to get back into the gym

Yet those still waiting to get their shots are also discriminated against just like those that refuse vaccination because of other's failures to provide the product for enough of us.

We are opening up in just over an hour and our government is yet to sort out the integration of vaccination certificates that they require into the Covid Safe Check-in APP

The intergration will be available in the App next week.

Which app is this?
The medicare app or another app?

The NSW services app will show vax status when you check-in from next week.

So the service NSW app?

Yes, from the week of the 18th

Ok so do I have to register my vaccine info from my MyGov account or should it automatically appear if I have been vaccinated?

It should be automatic I believe but wont be up and running for another week. Down load your vax status for this week and keep it handy on you phone to speed up the process this week.

I downloaded the off-line version on my Medicare app already.

Perfect mate, next week it should get a green tick when you check in as proof of vaxx.

I've got it all sorted on my Mygov account, but am wondering it it will automatically go though whe I check into places via Service NSW.

After logging in to MyGov go to Medicare, it will be there automatically. After two jabs there will be a certificate there as well.

Nar she hates fishing, can't stand even touching a fillet, her idea of a boat is a 30 foot hunker and she's more of a Champagne person so I guess opposites do attract. :joy:

I know of people going to GPs saying they had a reaction to a regular flu shot in the past. Seems like it is hard to disprove and as a result an exemption is pretty easy to get even if the GP suspects it is b s.

A. C. T. Is 97% First dose so can safely say that will in turn go the 2x dose or even more.... Better numbers that some were suggesting we'd get to a few months ago.... Hopefully the whole country gets to 98 or 99%

Same crap... diff day for me today nothing special... Have to laugh at idiots queueing for k mart at midnight like New years sales

Yeah to all those that actually have freedom in TAS, WA, QLD, SA and the NT.

Meanwhile only selected "freedoms" are availed to those that have been more technologically literate, part of favoured cohorts, allowed choice or just lucky to have had access and provision of both shots prior to or on this day.

I fit one of the above groups, but feel that I will let my hair continue to grow and wait another couple weeks for less fortunate others to be able to join me in opening up.

Great numbers and ones that I always expected we would at least get close to, but also somewhat sad it took so long to see the recent acceleration to current daily numbers as adequate vaccine supplies have slowly become available on our shores.

We would have been here months ago instead of having nearly half our population go into 3 to 4 months of lockdown had our government done their job.

Cases still at less then 500, everyone has to show vaccine pass and ID before entry to the local. There's only 1 entry and 1 exit open so it's hard to get in without getting checked. Feels good sitting at the pub enjoying a Hahn Premium light.
