funny thing is this book was copyrighted in 2020....yet Omicron was discovered in Nov 2021....by S.A HEALTH AND WHO..

A meme doing the rounds on Facebook notes that a book sold on Amazon about the Omicron variant has a copyright date of 2020. It implies that there must be a coverup around the origins of Omicron, as the first cases of the virus were not reported until November 2021.
However, neither the book nor its author is legitimate, so the supposed copyright date is not valid.
Thanks for that,but shouldnt Amazon varify the validity of what it sells,you did say that the author and book is not legitimate,so what is Amazon selling...you did say SOLD on Amazon...and who is Dr Theresa Bishop,her website says she wrote and published the said book.?
I appreciate you found something to fact check this,but Facebook has been known to tell untruths as well as some fact checking library,somehow somewhere the truth will be revealed.
sold meaning for sale on, not necessarily purchased
ie this tree is sold on amazon is the same as this tree is for sale on amazon
amazon is both a seller and a platform, anyone can sell something on amazon, like ebay. which is why you get people selling look a like cheetos etc. it's not amazon or ebay selling the cheeto but a seller using the platform
amazon should verify the validity of what it sells, it also sells millions of items every minute, it, like google, probably uses a filter looking for key words and has those items manually verified, it may have been on a list to verify, it may have passed all the algorithms and been deemed safe for sale.
its an algorithm not an individual sitting there fact checking every word on every item sold
