i'd say he has retired a year or two too early. as we saw in this series, **kohli is in no way capable of leading a side with his lack of maturity on a full time basis**. imo, it's a weak and selfish decision by dhoni to abandon ship now- he could've given up captaincy instead of retiring.
all in all, a great player- usually selfless and puts the team first. hope he can dominate ODI and T20 and keep the world cup for us.
Why not? He doesn't take any crap and stands up for himself. Good on him.
