Hey momo - if you are sure about this (seems to be some conflicting views),that means that there is only 1 free spot in our top 30 for next season, assuming JAC is counted in and Sam M re-signed but not Huth.
We really must use this spot for a Hetherington type forward for next season.

I know many will disagree but for me Matt Moylan is a better fullback than anything we have at the moment.
From reports Cronulla is willing to offload with +50% freight included. If we could organise a Mbye trade we could offer 2 year deal. I would take a risk .......

Moses Mbye (Matt Moylan who covers quite a few backline positions would be my pick if we can get a trade deal)

Plus he’s good at mowing his teammates lawns.

I can see so much upside with AJ as others have articulated. BJ a seasoned player is where I hold concerns about. Sticky obviously saw him as weak link at the Raiders and now he is our problem to solve.

He's 28? Move him on to the UK. I'd rather see Kepaoa at right centre making rookie mistakes than Leilua making the same dumb mistakes he has made all his career.


Do you think it is really that simple as punching a TRADE Rage button..simply move a player with a young family to an environment the UK in Covid times where even extra cash which use to be an incentive no longer exists..

Leilua was also a Maguire signing ..brought specifically by Maguire to strengthen a weakness on decent coin..not in the not his team category..

Don't remember many qualms about BJ's signing at the time.

He needs more ball for us to get something out of him. A couple of games he went looking for it and made some great carries. Obviously defensively he has struggled.

If AJ Hands like feet Kepoa is our starting winger we are in trouble. He has blown 2 tries every week because he can't catch a pass.

Leilua? He should not be anywhere near the NRL.

He will be.

And that's why we are where we are.

He is better than our other options.

Pity Momerovski is not with us.

I see Momerovski and Doueihi as similar players and don't see there being room for them both in the centres. Doueihi is a faster, bigger and better version of Moemrovski so he would get one centre spot in my opinion.

Think you are on the wrong track, there is a similarity but they are really different as well. Guess you would say the same if we had Lomax.

They both can find their way to the line - I would love to have both of them, AD at centre or 5/8, Momo in the other slot.

Then you have the problem of what to do with BJ.... he is not a forward.

We're supporters but yes my view on Leilua has been consistent. Lazy, doesn't learn poor defence.

Well depends on how solid our (this year) ending Development contracted players obligations are?
Also if we find a way to move on our 3 problem children Mbye, Packer and Reynolds.

Maguire knows that the tree needs pruning before the next season, and he could have ripped out the dead wood with his bare hands, BUT he knows that he needs to do it diligently with a pruner and also to not get stung by the bees, and WHEN most of the dead wood has been cleared THEN you can see the BEAUTY of the new growth and the MIGHT of the TIGERS.

What we need is a Chainsaw, Woodchipper and Stump Grinder to fix this team
Then buy some propergated seedlings from commercial growers who have proven results
Then we know we will have a viable crop which produces juicy fruit
No more sour lemons

Exactly, the only time he looked good this year was when Benji wasn't in the team, Grub gave him clean early ball, Benji runs across field and jams him up for room

You’re are right, I disagreed, Moylan is very overrated and not worth anywhere near what he is getting. Also injury prone. Besides he has one of the most punchable faces in the Rugby League

Historically this club has had great people and great supporters, The power in people is stronger than people in power, WESTS TIGERS IS A MIGHTY MERGER,
In this regard, Some clubs like the wealthy Roosters cannot even dream of having this type of people power,,
While i respect him, Tedesco thinks he went toIggy a mighty club but he will also know soon that the Wests Tigers are a MIGHTY CLUB.
