Do we walk away from Musgrove signing?

He has plead not guilty so innocent till proven guilty and that appears the way the club is looking at the situation. Hopefully it moves along quickly as its in the courts next week…

I think it's good we now have official confirmation around the issue @Fraze23

If he is found not guilty we should stick with him if guilty drop like a cold pie..next

I figure that was what we should do. Just leave it up to the court to decide. The problem is if it comes back a grey area. He is guilty but they hardly punish him because they think it really wasn't that bad. I mean this isn't like DeBellin is it.

To me it’s a easy call and especially as he is the type of player we need, innocent he stays, guilty he is gone, and of course the NRL will probably rub him out anyway if he is guilty.
The cap maybe the only stumbling block if he is innocent

Fair shout mate, I was just trying to stir you. I'll have to pick my game up.

Should be a fairly easy decision for the club. I think he's back in court next week?

I know innocent until proven guilty and blah, blah, but both of these guys have history and I think they will both be rubbed out for a while. When charges of DV come up against a person more than once, it's likely they are actually guilty of doing something unsavoury.

Do you have daughters Earl..?

And what do we do if the court adjourns the case after further hearing matters? Do we get salary cap relief? Where does the NRL stand on the 30 man squad rule by June in these circumstances?

Think I heard Marina say Madge has provided character reference for Zane during her interview with nrl.com

They haven’t considered that yet - it’s not June yet. They only see things when they have them slammed into their faces.

Sure did and from Egan as well. If as speculated, he has thought it okay to continue on from a previous experience with the woman involved, with nothing more than a passionate kiss, though still wrong, not a major incident.

Yep. Sounds like he has Madge's support.

Tigers will stick with him. We only need 29 players before June 30\. The club would know more about the circumstances here everything would be on cctv footage. There are always two sides to a story. As a player we need another prop with size. If he is guilty pack his bags but I sense there is more to this story.
