I acknowledge that the detail in the article is all alleged, you would think for such incendiary article to be written and pass the Australian's legal team there must be some very real grounding in the truth for it to be released.

This doesn't come across as some gutter journalism with no quotes. There's a lot to that article, quotes, timelines, things confirmed. If indeed it is true you would think that's the end of Sam B in public life for a long time. There will also be some really nervous people in Souths today.

What this also proves is that Rugby League still has a serious problem with addressing player and their families' welfare. In the last five years alone I can recall DV incidents, drug use claims, sex videos and coercions of women to abort pregnancies.

There's probably plenty more there that I haven't been able to name off the top of my head but it seems that there's an issue with the way some players view women. If indeed Souths bosses were aware of this conduct and allowed it to run unchecked, heads must roll.

There can be no justification if the allegations are proven. It makes me ashamed to be a male. But I'm sure a Thai rehab facility can work wonders.
