Journo: "Do you want Mick as coach next year?"
Farah: "Yes"
PROBLEM GONE.
There is much naivety in this one.
Farah has said twice in as many weeks that there is no player issue with Potter, yet the media kept pushing the story.
nothing naive to it.
he doesn't want potter as coach next year.
but 'supports' him till the end of season.
The only problem with this is that if another coach is appointed next year, headlines read
"FARAH PREFERS OTHER COACH"
Its like the brainiac that wanted Farah, Potter & Mayer in a press conference together. Consider how they sit and the headlines that follow:
MAYER - POTTER - FARAH
" CEO & CAPTAIN CANT SIT TOGETHER"
MAYER - FARAH - POTTER
" CEO & COACH HAVE FALLING OUT AND CANT SIT TOGETHER"
FARAH - MAYER - POTTER
" CAPTAIN AND COACH DONT GET ON AND WONT SIT TOGETHER.
Its a lose lose all round. Quite simply, someone within the media has a barrow to push and is pushing it beyond death. And as usual, facts don't matter and rumour and speculation are out of control. It won't stop until the person the media want is gone or resigns, whoever that may be!
