The tigers seem to need a player who can draw 4-5 players and offload, and catch a crossfield bomb above maybe anyone else, who'll also boost crowds and tv ratings and guarantee a top four spot so if we can fit folau it'd be a win win

Not worried about his aging body or that he has been out of the grind of Rugby League for a very long time? I think it's pretty well known that players are fitter in League than in Rugby.

I disagree agree vehemently with the things Folau posted but just as strongly I defend his right to do so. I’d welcome him.

What right is that exactly?

His right to post what he believes.

@mike He can believe what he wants. He does not have a right to say it though.

Of course he has every right to say it. What a nonsense that is.

He is still going to want 800 k upwards ....and is still only proven in league as a winger

He won't handle the workload as a fullback in his current shape

@mike Nope, he doesn't. It's not true that we have a right to free speech in this country. We have no bill of rights and the constitution doesn't protect freedom of expression.

If Folau is struggling for coin and needs a job, he can come and mow my lawn and trim my shrubs.
I'll give him $40 if he does the front and back an extra $10 for the edges.

Poor bloke must be struggling hard he probably can't even afford to put premium fuel in his prestige car.

It would be real sad if he couldn't get the next newest iPhone too, I mean we can't expect him to live with an 11month old phone.

I've heard he's had to cut back on his tailor made designer suits, now that's a bit rough.

Poor bloke it must be tough for him

Unless he is breaking a law he has every right to say what he likes.

@mike And his employer has every right so sack him for saying it. He is not protected.

That remains to be seen. Yet to be decided by a court.

Well it has been, he's just decided he didn't like that ruling so he's trying a different court.

And he has every right to as well

i take it there was some sort of social media rules in his contract right? otherwise he has a good base to fight this no? freedom of speech and all?....

I would take him at the tigers, although i think it would take him a while to get re-adjusted to the game....he's been used to doing bugger-all in union!

@Abraham it's from 1 Corinthians 6 said:
"Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. **And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God".**

I guess nobody saw this bit, makes all the difference. The single greatest act in changing the history of creation and most people missed it, and they're are still missing it!

Makes no difference. It's saying if you are homosexual, you won't burn in hell, if you come good, be 'washed', 'sanctified', i.e. renounce those ways and be non-homosexual.

If there is a heaven and this is the criteria, leave me out thank you.

"History of creation"
What creation?

I'd be so embarressed to support the Tigers if they signed Israel. Would rather come last. Thankfully I am sure it won't happen.

Absolutely, but he has no protection if he wants to say it. His employer can dismiss him if it violates his contract which is what the ARU did.
