I've never been a big fan of vanilla slice but after 26 years with my better half she decided to surprise me with creme schnitten, basically vanilla slice. She makes the whole thing, about a meter long, including filo pastry, from scratch and it is melt in your mouth delicious. Not really on my diet though. So, as it turns out, I dont have to go very far for snot block, although if I ever called it that she would never make it again.

I have to be very careful to not overdo it. Everything in moderation and all that. Fortunately I can only eat about four of the things she bakes and generally my turns are only at Christmas, Fathers day, and my Birthday, the rest are for her and the kids.

My pizza after a big night out has always been bread, passata, tomato, salami, cheddar cheese and spring onions. 6 minutes under the grill. Delicious!

Yeah terrible mate but all that's available after 10pm I went with the margherita I really only got it because I like their garlic bread

I started making my own bread, yoghurt, and ice cream a couple of months ago.

Loving all three!

I was amazed to learn that with 100g of greek yoghurt and a litre of milk I can make a litre of yoghurt and then use 3 tablespoons of the yoghurt I made and another litre of milk to make another litre of yoghurt. It's never ending and all made in a freakin' bread machine!

Add a bit of honey and fruit and it's beautiful.

An easy brekkie is a handful of oats ,milk absorbed into it over night ,to your liking frozen berries. G yoghurt n honey. Easy
