Good Hands

We are in good hands.

For the first time in a long time I have trust with our current staff at the club leading the way Head Of Recruitment Adam Hartigan.

When was the last time our lower grades have been successful?

This is the first time in a long time that the club has been patient with signing players and not paying overs for players that just want to come to the club for $$$. So I applaud on what our club is currently doing and I know it’s not showing in our first grade team but I’m confident with the direction the club is going

Yes I’m a very big fan of Hartigan myself. I followed his career very closely when he was at the Roosters as he recruited & built the most successful team in the comp, and I was even more excited when I heard he was coming to the Tigers !

I just wish we had hartigan 10 years ago. Its a shame its taken us this long to learn how to rebuild properly and unfortunately its not gonna be fixed overnight.

💯
But we've always had a decent 20s team for a long time and the cup teams have always been solid.
Remember back in the days BRET and Lewis Brown was in the team?
Use to love watching those games.

Also congrats to @TheDaBoss for hitting 15k posts. He'll have more than @happy_tiger in no time !!

That is why we are spending more in our pathways at the moment to ensure those players progress.

Pathways are vital ...but retaining them is far more important ...this obviously is a major issue for us

Improving pathways also helps with retention though, but yeah you are 100% right.

We appear to be following a similar path to the Pamfers time will tell.
