Wests Tigers can provide the following injury updates on Keith Galloway and Robbie Farah from the Club's Round 7 clash against the Canberra Raiders.

After going off early in the first half, Galloway has been ruled out of Friday's clash with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs with a shoulder injury. The Club is hopeful of having the forward available for selection again in Round 9 against the Sydney Roosters.

Farah did not attend the post-match press conference with a shin injury and while the representative hooker still has some serious bruising, he is not expected to miss any matches, and will be available for selection in Round 8 against the Bulldogs.

I wonder who will replace him
Buch can as long has he makes a greater impact and contributes a lot more

Dont want to be owned by the dogs
Woods can only do so much

I would put ava in to start as he doesnt make a big impact off the bench and leave sue on the bench

Its no coincidence imo the raiders got on top when Galloway went off injured.

Our win record goes down the drain without both him and woods.

Agree…Our middle defence suffers a lot when Galloway isn't there...guess some people only like blokes with hair....

It's a blow......

Big blow for us having Keithy out. He holds up the middle well & his confidence would be sky high after scoring yesterday. I'd also start with Sue in his place. He did well a couple of weeks back covering for Woods although I'd still prefer him in the 2nd row instead of Lovett.

Hopefully Lodge can return to 1sts via the bench. I don't get all the criticism for Ava, hes barely had any minutes this year, almost like he is being played out of form. He was going well towards the end of last year & I would've thought he'd be ahead of Buchanan. Hope we persist with him. I'd like to see a bench of Ava, Lodge, Dene & one of either Akoula, Funaki or Lamar.

All counts for nothing if we don't make our tackles though.

If we don't see Akauola this week then I give up, though I'm expecting JT will just start Sue, bring Lodge up and keep Buchanan.

He'll be sorely missed. Does a lot of the hard yards. As for Buchanan, he needs to improve 100%. I hope Lodge comes in to the side. We're going to need him. Everyone needs to aim up and compete for 80 mins. against the Bulldogs otherwise it's curtain time once again.

akauolas hit ups in the NSW cup game were great, that is what we need, not snail buchanan. the club seems to be pushing players out if the club and akauola seems to be one, also heard funaki is fility playing prop and wants out, cant confirm this, but he has more talent than lamar who has been terrible.

I wouldn't blame him, the balance in our state cup squad is horrendous. Buchanan needs to be back down there, for their sake as much as the NRL side's. With Graham gone for the season we really need to look at either bringing someone up or in, it does more harm than good to play our young back rowers there.
