ISP - Team List R13
Wests Tigers Intrust Super Premiership Coach Paul Stringer has named his side to take on the Penrith Panthers this Saturday, June 4 for their Round 13 clash.

Kickoff for the match is scheduled for 3:00pm from Leichhardt Oval as Wests Tigers look to bounce back from a disappointing last-start defeat to Mounties RLFC on Saturday.

Stringer's side have been boosted by the inclusion of several key players, with Jordan Rankin, Justin Hunt and Michael Chee Kam all named in the Club's back-line.

Curtis Sironen has again been named to start in the back row alongside young gun Esan Marsters, who has been promoted to the side again following a strong year in Holden Cup.

Tyler Cassel also returns from concussion via the interchange bench as Wests Tigers look to jump back into the top four with a strong performance over defending premiers Penrith.

good team…
if we didn't sign Edwards, Cassal could play #13 and we'd look just as good imo.

great team, wonder if marsters and mapesone are there for the rest of the year. agree with the others, feel sorry for rankin. guys done all that could be expected of him playing in a position he'd never played before.

Mapesone is a far more accomplished half than Marshall King so i'd have to imagine that he'd replace Drinkwater. JMK is a handy utility though and should keep his spot on the bench for the most part.

The same as Marsters will replace Fine now he's gone too. Weakens NYC but that's what it's there for essentially. A stepping stone to higher grades.

Perhaps the best backline we've had at this level for some time. Such a change from last year! I'd be surprised if this team didn't get the win, but they've got to play to their abilities.

.

i must have missed it, whats happened to Fine?

Don't blame him, not sure if he'll get much more of a look in with their pack though. Would have thought manly, souths, Knights etc would be a better option. Maybe they see him as a center?

Anyways good luck to him, deserves to play first grade

Chee-Kam is playing FG with Simona injured. Sironen may be 18th man…

Penrith score after 2 mins …Jordan Grant dropped it on the 2nd tackle..6-0..

Rankin now kicks out on the full..

Penrith deep on attack..

Someone on FB reckons C Sironen has a foot injury. This may or may not be true. It's a bludger of a day in Sydney so maybe he just couldn't be arsed.
