It's time to take the fight back to HBG

Soo what does this mean ? West's Tigers win and the club is put up for auction?

Or 2: the board room, members and voting system change?

Or 3: the merger split?

Or 4: wests tigers lose the court case and nothing changes from the board room??

TA was the one who accused HBG of wanting to bring the Magpies back into the competition. He is from the Wests side of the merger - so not affiliated with Balmain - but may actually have Wests Tigers best interest at heart along with some personal stuff to address in terms of the allegations made against him.

From what it sounds like, its actually his wife. Interesting how she is in the picture here. Is she a debenture holder too maybe?

I'd say they paid wayde a sum. Another example of how they're burning through members funds with no recourse for accountability

Yeah, I'm no lawyer but I wonder what effect an individual can have on the debenture system or is it a personal endeavour?

Will his or hers 'unfair dismisal' be deemed the fault of the debenture system itself?

Of course, but does it have larger reprocussions in relation to the debenture system and if so, how?
Form the article, while the case is being brought by them individually as members, they are alleging the debenture system is oppressive to them as members.

If so, the allegation is similar to when a minority shareholder in a company alleges that the company is treating them oppressively by ignoring them and preferring the interests of the majority shareholders.

On that basis, if the case succeeded it could essentially remove the debenture arrangement and mean that the broad Leagues Club members become able to run for, and vote to choose, the Board. And therefore decide how the Leagues Club is run (including spending on the Wests Tigers etc).

read an article where Mrs A is not seeking a financial gain ,guessing its a 2 pronged approach from them both to have the old system outed ,and whilst looking about , found that not only do hbg own the mariners ladies' team they have a 20% share in the mariners

We all know who blew up the independent wests Tigers board and destroyed a positive direction for the Wests Tigers for the first time in over a decade, not ‘the club’ , the ‘debenture directors’ that run the club.
That is speculation

Do you think that football squad have had more wins if richardson and the board of avengers were still at the club?
