I reckon he’s pretty up front, perhaps indecisive, but who isn’t. He’s def badly managed and advised.

HOA's can be binding OR non-binding - depending on how they are drafted. And even binding HOA's are hard to enforce because they are only a high level document so there's lots of wiggle room. Mostly they are signed by parties as a show of good faith to continue to formal documentation aka a contract - so that both parties are comfortable spending money progressing things. Forget trying to enforce one - 1. it will make us look bad to other players who might want to come and 2. you got buckleys doing it through the courts.... It can be used as a bluff tool but again that would mean the Foxx trashing us to all NSW players etc. If he doesn't want to come move on - if we were smart we would use it to our advantage for future negotiations with either Foxxs manager or the Storm or another club that the Foxx goes to - like a first right over another player etc if we release him without any further legal complications

Jimmy Smith on SEN said this afternoon that JAC will tell WT at todays meeting that:
1. You can't legally sign a contract before Nov 1
2. He's staying in Melbourne for 12 months
So the HOA is null and void

But, he said WT have signed Daine Laurie for 2022. Hopefully panthers will release him for 2021. He said he us a 'tier 1 sprinter'.

Also said likely to know what Mansour goes today. Which is likely WT.

Kepaoa is 10x better and 10 years younger. Why Mansour?

AJ is not better than Mansour, but I agree we don’t need him. Plenty of fast young wingers running around we can pick up for cheaper than Mansour.

Struggles with errors though, can’t have someone dropping the ball 3 times a game. Agree has much more upside though.

Surely that means he doesn't need a meeting with us if he wishes to stay at storm and get out of HOA

So surely a meeting could only be to get out of HOA and sign with another club for 2021 or ask for more money to sign with us and if we don't agree he stays in Melbourne or comes for original HOA
