Geez it feels like out team identity is becoming the team of ifs.

Hastings had huge potential in juniors and sure he can attack but his defense is terrible. Imagine him on the left but a worse defensive half than Brooks.

Hope I’m wrong and he really hits his straps for us if he comes but if our hopes are on Hastings to turn us into a finals team - we are shot already this season and the next few to come.

He’s out of quarantine, but the coach said he hasn’t trained enough with the team which seems odd.

not odd to me, he missed the entire pre-season which for me for a halfback seems incredible but I suppose COVID means strange things happen.
