I'm not overly rapt in peaches delivery, I've watched a lot if his games since his signing and he's best suited to roaming.
Rua on the other hand gave some beautiful passes from dummy half but fear he might not be able to play big NRL minutes.
Jake is also finding his way back into first grade.
We'll be ok.

Gutted for Lids, he just needed some luck to go his way and he is in a contract year.

On the flip side we get a chance to see what Simpkin is made of.
4-6 rounds of nothing but this kid early in the season when the big forwards will be sucking it in.
I'm excited to see how he goes.

I expect Peachy will fill the void when he is off which early in the season might be a great thing for Brooks/Hastings and Laurie combos to gel.

Round 1 2 young hookers squaring off Simpkin v Wishart.

I don't. Rua was struggling to last 10-15mins in trial games and has some serious ball hog issues.
Let him have a year to develop, train more with the NRL side and work on his game.
Keep the spot for another spot in the side, never know what players become available as the season progresses.

We do so Rua could be promoted but its also a gamble at this stage we do need to keep him but he played very limited minutes in the trial against Roosters but he’s got potential
