About 73:00 min mark, Bula took a 20m restart & actually accelerated into the defensive line. I smiled. First time I have seen him do that I think.

Really good to see Bula smiling and carving it up last night. Has had some troubles this year mentally, but he may just have unlocked his game with one simple instruction....run hard. Amazing how such a simple thing can have a huge effect. Surely he now realises that if he runs as hard as he can he is very hard to handle. Huge confidence e boost for him.

he has the most ability in the club, imo.

Lacks a bit of confidence here and there but Luai will bring the best out in him

Came of age with that performance in my opinion. Hopefully he can deliver consistently similar efforts for the remainder of the year building into next year.
Very Hammer like and dare I say it as everyone gets compared to him but some of his runs were GI like.

Just a natural athlete .. probably one of those kids growing up that was good at every sport

if he reaches his potential he could probably play for Queensland in 2-3 years time

I think people underestimate just how hard it is to be at your best at the highest level every week.

what Tim Sheens says about the 50 game threshold is exactly what’s happened with Jahream. there’s so much to learn and take on and you have to find ways to better yourself and your game, and doing that in a losing side is even tougher.

it’s been a tough year for him full of mixed performances and some harsh lessons, but I think we’re going to see games like last night a whole lot more often in about six months.

he’s a diamond. super talent.
