Im really off Bula, but to try and be fair, the guy is a centre being forced to play fullback, and is quiet as a mouse.Thats what he played all his life. I know people get obsessed with playing guys in positions that reflect their pay, but for me thats utter stupidity. You take pay out of it and just play your best team. Bula at right centre and Averillo fullback.

Well Mason is in form in reserve grade. Best for he has been in. Im not dropping Bula, but im having a look at him at right centre

He needs to be in cup. There is no way he can keep dishing out 3-4 errors a game and provide zero attack creativity. Benji won’t fro him. Hes already showed his hand with zero accountability here at the Tigers

Just can’t get this out of my thoughts. The number of times Bula got on the outside of Suli I lost count. Suli came from behind to put him on the turf. I must be overestimating Bula’s pace?

I’ve been saying for 3 years that he doesn’t have the required attributes to be a top quality NRL fullback.
And I hate saying it because I’m reliably told he is a great bloke, very respectful and puts in plenty of effort both on and off the field.
I would ideally like to experiment him in other positions, but we have stiffed that option by extending and upgrading his contract on ridiculous money.

I'm happy to give him half of next season fully fit to prove his worth at fullback but I'm leaning towards your opinion on him more & more. Just don't know how much this injury has hindered his game since the dislocation.

He's obviously carrying an injury impacting his game. It was mentioned on the weekend by one of the commentary team. It's restricting him sufficiently that he cannot get through those gaps.
