Last year I was going through some management problems..

Wonder why…?

Probably due to the bullying I mentioned on here from Farah when he told them he was getting out from Ayoub back in March

It's easy to see that Teddy is his own Man and won't be influenced by the grub Ayoub….hence why he told him where to go.
You can imagine Ayoub would of been licking his lips and knew that he had our biggest Asset in Teddy and I dare say would of tried to blackmail the Wests Tigers with the Farah handling treatment and make us nervous and command well overs to keep Teddy.

I believe Teddy has his heart in the right place and I'm not even an ounce nervous of loosing him.

Yeah Yeah that's why I mentioned in another thread that Teddy had switched to Issac Moses in another thread

Yeah I just make this crap up for my own little game

Oh…I thought the decision to dump Ayoub happened before that and Teddy was going to go with Mimis until Paragate ..then Issac scored big time...

Bottom line things are starting to move....I'm hopeful we see some more re-signings on the back of Aloiai today and in the lead up to the season Launch ..and again towards the start of the season so we can start 2017 with some stability...Busy time for Wests Tigers Management...

Hope we re-sign Teddy before round 1, will be a massive boost & provide a little stability.

As a few have already mentioned, our success predominately depends on the big 4 so no point them waiting to see how the team performs before commiting. Might as well re-sign & just have a red hot go. No distractions, no worries.

You have to ask though, if either of Teddy/Brooks/Moses went elsewhere would they find the same quality of combinations? Talking solely about teams who would be on the hunt for a fb, hb or 5/8 that is.

Yes I believe Teddy does have his heart in the right place and I also believe he was pushed by the grub Ayoub to go to Canberra when he never really wanted to go.
I have no doubt Ayoub tried to blackmail the club but Tedesco was a bit smarter than the grub and told him where to go. Unfortunately a lot of players don't have the balls to sack Ayoub when he clearly is not representing their best interests.

That really doesn't make sense though when Farah… Ayoubs highest profile client... Encouraged him to renege and stay

The contradiction is a bit of a concern "Teddy is his own Man" and "he was pushed by the grub Ayoub".

Another scenario is he chased the lime green bucks knowing the next injury could mean his last game, That Ayoub was doing his job as a good manager should and negotiated a great deal with the Raiders.

I have very little time for Ayoub but some of the things he gets blamed for seem ridiculous. As a manager he would be doing what he considers best for his clients.I dont like him at all but i cant blame him for everything which happens in regards to contract negotiations

He chased the dollars in Canberra because their offer was likely significantly higher than ours. He was mad not to take it.

Ayoub is still a grub either way, and that predated all the crap with Farah.

Apart from the lure of money I think you can't under estimate the influence of Ricky Stuart. I would say he would have been quite persuasive and Canberra were also in the market at the time trying to draw many high profile players to the club. Equally there was enough rumours around at the time to suggest it was Mayer who was less than enthusiastic in tying up Teddy's signature.

There is no doubt that Ayoub is an astute player Manager but he played his part in dragging our Club through the mud with the Farah fiasco….mind you our Club was very Amateurish in the way they went about it also.

The reality is players get tapped on the shoulders all the time halfway through there Contracts when there not wanted by a new Coach ( in all codes ) , yes Farah had every right to stand his ground and force the Club to honour there commitment but not the Circus that transpired , common sense prevailed.

To me this says more about Ayoub than anything else, why would Teddy change Managers if supposedly he has the best in the Business in Ayoub ? My opinion is that Ayoub probably said to the Club I hope you know who Managers Teddy ( maybe something along those lines ) , Teddy got an insight into how Farah was being Managed and wasn't impressed and gave him the flick .

Teddy would know his value , if we come in with an offer he deems acceptable i think he will commit his future and he has never gave any indication that he was going to seek his value with other Clubs .

IMO there is an etiquette when conducting business, and from what i have read it appears Ayoub doesn't play nice. Having said that our club handled the dealings poorly as well. But unscrupulous conduct is everywhere now days, greed will do that to people.

The good thing is we don't need to deal with him in this instance, the bad thing IMO is having our 4 key players with the same manager. He holds all the aces, if negotiations break down on one player the odds are it could carry across to the next and so on, you can't divide and conquer.

The Canberra agreement was done when Farah was in camp with the blues. When Farah came back and found out about it he then forced Tedesco to renege and Ayoub had to go along with it to keep his so called high profile client happy.
Did Ayoub do what was best for Tedesco ? No, he did what was best for Farah.

I didn't have to look to know who posted this, I knew it was Tedesco's number one fan.
How is your buddy Jack Wighton going, has he played for NSW yet ? Anymore passes to the Opposition team ? What about your other star pupil Kurtis Rowe, I heard his now in the cleaning business.

Fact. Teddy at age 24 is now his own man.

Fact. Teddy at age 21 was pushed by your mate Ayoub.

I seriously feel like we should have the structure of the Melbourne Storm
Highest Paid Players:

1.
7.
8.
9.

Brooks is a great player no doubt but I feel if everyone is asking for these top level second rower signings, we need to have one high paid half (Moses - $800,000) and a Jack Little-John as his foil ($200,000 - $300,000)
