That really doesn't make sense though when Farah… Ayoubs highest profile client... Encouraged him to renege and stay

The Canberra agreement was done when Farah was in camp with the blues. When Farah came back and found out about it he then forced Tedesco to renege and Ayoub had to go along with it to keep his so called high profile client happy.
Did Ayoub do what was best for Tedesco ? No, he did what was best for Farah.

Considering Teddy sacked Ayoub and found another agent himself, I don't think Farah forced him to do anything

The contradiction is a bit of a concern "Teddy is his own Man" and "he was pushed by the grub Ayoub".

Another scenario is he chased the lime green bucks knowing the next injury could mean his last game, That Ayoub was doing his job as a good manager should and negotiated a great deal with the Raiders.

I didn't have to look to know who posted this, I knew it was Tedesco's number one fan.
How is your buddy Jack Wighton going, has he played for NSW yet ? Anymore passes to the Opposition team ? What about your other star pupil Kurtis Rowe, I heard his now in the cleaning business.

Fact. Teddy at age 24 is now his own man.

Fact. Teddy at age 21 was pushed by your mate Ayoub.

Are you suggesting that prior to 24 Tedesco was incapable of making an informed decision?

And just because I choose not to disparage Ayoub who was most likely trying to get the best deal for his client, I am suddenly "his mate".

Brooks was offed 700K was the report if true and it was not enough how much does he need

One would think under new cap

King Teddy 950K
Moses 900K but he stops the off field things the Tigers are upset about
Woods 900K
Brooks. 750K

If you're just going to tease stuff about Moses without going into further detail, don't bother.

Tedesco 1million
Woods 800k
Moses 800k
Brooks 600k

3.2 million that's plenty spent on the big 4

If guys like Jamal and Nofa have big years as well I think they'll be just as important to retain - won't be cheap.

In all the pages of type that I read about Farah, Ayoub, Teddy, and WTs.
That's the first I heard about Farah holding a gun at Teddys head
(or anyone else's for that matter)
In all the conspiracies and Fantasies, there never was anything about Farah forcing Tedesco to do anything.
Trying to talk someone into staying here is one thing.and if he did, then we are lucky that he did.
But I think the "forcing " bit is the result of one two drinks too many at the Rubbity.
Hilarious though!!!

If Brooks wants more than what he is on now, then he had better have an outstanding year and prove that he is deserving of it,so far he hasn't done nearly as much as he was hyped up to do..and I don't care how many people think he is a rising superstar…NRL the big arena to produce the big games....now its time for him to show his worth.....

It's easy to see that Teddy is his own Man and won't be influenced by the grub Ayoub….hence why he told him where to go.
You can imagine Ayoub would of been licking his lips and knew that he had our biggest Asset in Teddy and I dare say would of tried to blackmail the Wests Tigers with the Farah handling treatment and make us nervous and command well overs to keep Teddy.

I believe Teddy has his heart in the right place and I'm not even an ounce nervous of loosing him.

Yes I believe Teddy does have his heart in the right place and I also believe he was pushed by the grub Ayoub to go to Canberra when he never really wanted to go.
I have no doubt Ayoub tried to blackmail the club but Tedesco was a bit smarter than the grub and told him where to go. Unfortunately a lot of players don't have the balls to sack Ayoub when he clearly is not representing their best interests.

He chased the dollars in Canberra because their offer was likely significantly higher than ours. He was mad not to take it.

Ayoub is still a grub either way, and that predated all the crap with Farah.

He chased the money but he and his family were bitterly disappointed with how the WT's and in particular Mayer handled the contract negotiations

When people just flat out don't return phone calls in regards to the contract , you know there is an issue

No way is Moses worth a million.

With TPA's he'll go bloody close if he tests his full market value

Like Tedesco and his last contract , clubs will offer him marquee money even though he is not quite marquee just yet

What a load of bullcrap.
He chased the dollars then reniged on a contract. How could Farah force a grown man to do something like this? Its just a dumb statement.

Thats far easier to believe than Farah forced him to stay. What did he do? Kidnap his father and threaten to behead him?

It didn't happen , but I don't want Robbie to miss out on his Knighthood for his services to James Tedesco and the WT's

I believe it was James Father who had the biggest influence on him staying …but that's boring...

No

I got a reply about a joke I made about expecting a signed Canberra jersey and was told that I might want to hold on …

If memory serves it was about 36-48 hours before the "meeting" , pretty sure it was replied to very early Tuesday morning

I didn't see the email until the evening the announcement that he was reneging

Just to clarify, there was never reneging on a contract. There was nothing in force until June 30 and so he was entitled to do exactly what he did, as the club was entitled not to register the contract if THEY so desired. Thankfully that has now changed.
