Feledy or Kirk?Wouldn't be surprised if there was a Feledy try assist or 2 in there. Unsure of his defensive abilities, but definitely quick, a good finisher and I remember reading an article somewhere along the line that he is fully dedicated to his off field training and preparation.
They should give him a pre-season with the NRL boys and a train and trial (if he is past Flegg age) in 2024.
Just realised it didnt't read well. Yeah I was talking about Kirk being kept around to see how he goes with the NRL boys/in Cup next year. Feledy obviously a big part of our future.Feledy or Kirk?
Kirk should be kept around yeah. There's something to work with
Mason and Da Silva in the spine would surely have helped our attack. What a great win, that’s a big boost for our young emerging players.
I watched them last week and their attack was poor, they have obviously made a huge improvement with their attack this week.
Without seeing the game, I wonder if a large part of the difference was starting Heath Mason who is the classic modern day fullback who is very quick, but also has the playmaking skills and smarts of of a halve.
Yes !We should petition Fox just to broadcast our flegg games (rather than the NRL games) for the remainder of the season.
I agree. Although the Tuesday team list is as reliable as a politician to their word, it is disappointing that he has to make way for Camroux dropping back. Especially if Camroux has been told he should explore other opportunities next season.admittedly i only saw highlghts but Tannous seemed to go well in the 7 yet now back to the bench. i never understood trying to turn him into a 9, hes an out and out half to me.

They don't know how to tell Camroux he should be on the bench till his contract ends.admittedly i only saw highlghts but Tannous seemed to go well in the 7 yet now back to the bench. i never understood trying to turn him into a 9, hes an out and out half to me.
Camroux has some size and athleticism to him. His future may not be in the halves but he is the type of player a coach like Bellamy would nurture into a good player. This is even more relevant to our club which appears to have a significant issue in being unable to scout/identify and recruit fast centres.Camroux had 3 try assists and 2 line break assists in a poor nsw cup team last week.
If you don't like it, don't watch. Easy.We should petition Fox just to broadcast our flegg games (rather than the NRL games) for the remainder of the season.
Young Camroux is still potentially an NRL player, possibly a very good NRL player.Camroux has some size and athleticism to him. WT NRL? I basically have stopped watching it.If you don't like it, don't watch. Easy.

As you alluded to, he has a very good tall athletic physique and plenty of pace.
I think many people forget that some 20 year olds are still very young mentally and haven’t quite toughened up to become the best version of themselves.
I think Camroux fits this category, last weekend was the first time at NSW Cup level I have noticed he really engaged the opposing defence at speed which to me means he could be slowly turning the corner.
I understand he hasn’t done enough to earn a top 30 spot with us for next season, but I think it would be in our best interests to try and keep him with us on a train & trial deal to find out how he continues to develop.
Competition and being overtaken by some of the elite young halves we have for 2024, most younger than him might be another driver to bring out the best in him.
