What about now?
It blew out to 52-22. Although 8 goals vs 1 made it look much worse. I mean if they missed all but 1 and we got all of ours then it would be 38-30 and look much closer.

They are the team leading the comp and at home.

Well beaten but not like the shame of last night

Just turned the Flegg off . i think that last try took them over 50. Very disappointing , particularly after last night. In short , saints way too good. I thought Archie Duncombe held his own and Christian TM had some strong runs in the second half and Lepeppa (12) i thought he tried hard. Tigers backs were atrocious , Phoenix Godinet is not playing as well as early in the season. Anyway thats footy and it is on again next week. Keep the chin up boys.

We looked like world beaters only a few weeks ago what happened? We moved our best flegg players up to reserve grade didn’t we?

Not taking the piss, genuinely curious. Find it hard to follow these grades because of lack of exposure

Good point with best players in reserve grade, Jared Haywood and Mitch taotoa back in cup and our middles Christian Taupou moors and Archie Duncombe in and out of cup we are struggling with consistency in our squad unlike most teams in top 5 like dragons 👍🏽

Down 30-8 at HT. Dragons bigger, stronger & better drilled to the eye on this effort so far. Nicholas had a terrible half with his hands, Godinet massively upstaged by his opposite & middle being steamrolled. Edwards-Moeke, Duncombe & Talisau best of a bad bunch in 1st half.
The dragons are rebuilding so much better than us. They will be a long way ahead of us next season.
Signing decent players, a heap of talented juniors across the grades, juniors with the traits to kick on in first grade

Agree with all that.

Duncombe & Taupau-Moors were the only 2 who looked good. Duncombe produced 2 amazing cover defensive efforts in the 2nd half while CTM was our best metre-eater by far.

Although limited mins, Havea Jr was good in defence & out of dummy half but given no time at 13 yet.

Shout out to Jack Nicholas who was much better in the 2nd half, Xavier Tauifaiga did nothing wrong & Jack Attard was classy in attack (still weak in front-on defence).

Feel Logan Brookes has gone backwards since moved to wing. Finished a couple but some poor decisions and struggled against size.

I believe Sultana can turn them around like he did when we were owned against the monster Eels pack early in season.

In addition to Haywood & Mitch Taotua, evident this team misses Glassie & Huahulu and surpringly the buzz of Bailey Smith at half.

Errors, 6 agains and the inability to defend them killed us today. There was a lack of defensive intent at times and some of the Dragons players just powered through us at will. They had very tall, skilful and strong outside backs that we struggled to contain.

The first 15 minutes after half time was the blue print that was needed. We were aiming up, had plenty of linespeed and actually started to roll them through the middle. Then some simple defensive lapses put us on the backfoot again.

In saying all that, it was only 6 tries to 4 with about 15 to go. Goal kicking was tough with the wind out there today and all our tries out wide (they scored much closer).

Archie Duncombe was the stand out by far for mine. Watching at the ground live, you see all the 1%ers and effort plays that he does. Some of the others need to follow his lead. Taupau-Moors had some strong carries too.
