Disappointing to hear that about Makasini. It's like he has regressed. Should be killing Flegg..
I cannot agree with the comments about Makasini. He was strong with his carries and set up Attard's game tying try. I'd love to know what he did that showed he was disinterested. Some very harsh markers on here.

Btw Godinet had a blinder in what was an overall very high level match.

Can someone tell me about Blake Van Drie?

I thought he was clearly our best. In absolutely everything in the middle and didnt stop.
He played well. Bigger than I thought.
Our worst was Plati. A big slug.
We went backwards when our bench players got game time.
When our "Run Ons" got back on the field we clawed our way back.

IMO I thought Makasini defended like he was back in the NRL.
Left his wing position to often to nail the opposing centre; but manage to miss him.
The winger unmarked and missed scoring only by bad passes.
And this is Jersey Flegg!

Terrible and nervous 2nd half.
All of Kit’s ball carries remained very strong and I thought Ryder Huth done things at speed all game without fear.
Glassie Glassie was very strong with every ball carry and muscled up defensively against thehighly rated Dayne Jennings.
Lucky to get away with a draw,, but we have some very good prospects in this team and they can beat any rival Jersey Flegg team if they are on their game.
Makasini didn’t seem interested and was disappointing.
Haywood and Attard both continue to show glimpses of their class and are both very good prospects moving forward.
Blake Van Drie another continues to rise, showing very good signs and continued improvement.
Archie Duncombe worked hard, but not real effective today.
I think it was a mistake leaving Lenny Plati out, maybe injured?
He might give away a bit in size, but he plays with high intensity and aggression, always up for the fight and digs in when the going gets tough.
Well, Plati must have been injured today because he was MIA.
