As our CEO he should be setting an example to to each employee of the club.
The culture of any organisation starts from the top.
You can bet when he interviewed for the position he didnt present like that.

He's not quite as cool as Keanu, but I'd say Justin is clearly the Matthew McConaughey or Woody Harrelson of CEOs. Have no issue with his hair or attire in such a leisurely/casual meeting tbh.

Details have emerged over the Wests Tigers secret meeting with clubless centre James Roberts with reports the former Rabbitohs star left a good impression on Tigers powerbrokers.
Roberts was informed by South Sydney last month that he would not be required next season having played just 18 games for the club since arriving halfway through last year.

The Sydney Morning Herald reported on Friday the former NSW Blues speedster was seen meeting with Tigers CEO Justin Pascoe and other club officials at an inner west cafe.

Speaking to Triple M, The Australian's Brent Read revealed Roberts was impressive in his first sit down with the Tigers, despite talks only being preliminary.
"There's not a lot of interest around Jimmy and I can understand, there's a bit of a smell around Jimmy these days," Read told Triple M.
"He's found his way to three clubs now, but the Tigers are in a bit of a desperate situation now after what happened with Josh Adoo-Carr not being allowed out of Melbourne.
"They're saying it's very preliminary with James Roberts at the moment, it's very early stages, it was more of a meet and greet to get to know what sort of guy he is.
"But speaking to people at the club they walked away really impressed with Jimmy and where's he's at and the way he presented himself.
"I don't think it's close but I don't think he's hurt his chances today of getting a deal with the Wests Tigers."
Their interest in Roberts comes just a day after it was confirmed Addo-Carr would be remaining with the Storm despite seeking a release and agreeing in principle to join the Tigers in 2021.
While it's expected Addo-Carr will attempt to shift to the Tigers when off-contract at the end of next season, the Concord club could look to acquire Roberts immediately, with the Herald reporting the 27-year-old could accept a pay-cut of over $400,000 to join his fifth NRL club.
At his best Roberts is rated among the best centres in the game, however off-field matters have tainted his career in recent seasons.
Speaking on Triple M, Panthers great Ryan Girdler said Roberts' "baggage" made him a huge risk for any NRL club.
"You need to make an investment thinking you're going to get 26 maybe 30 rounds out of the player and I don't know if he's got that in him," Girdler said.
"They've got Joey Leiliua there as well at the moment and we know what Joey's like and he missed a bit of last year through suspension.
"He's the kind of guy that you roll the dice on a little bit, and they've done that, I'm not sure if they can afford to do that too many more times.
Girdler added: "Are the Tigers the club for Jimmy? That's what you need to think about as well.
"In the right organisation maybe he's got a couple of really good seasons in him but he's got to go somewhere where they've got a lot of stability, a really good core senior group and someone who can keep him in line
