he is training with the first grade squad but he is competing with porter and morris for the utility/halfback role.
skillwise he is far superior than both of them.

it really is a shame..they were just outplayed up and down the field…

Saw a bit of Josh Lewis playing for the Balmain side on the NSWRL show on Fox during the year and he went well, tried too hard in the Grand Final trying to pull off the big plays.
Was surprised that Sheens didn't give him a run in Firsts around the same time he bought Robert Lui up from the NYC or at any stage after he realised that John Morris is not/was not a half back, sorry to see him leave.
