They’ll be up for the first few at least - they may fade a bit at the back end after a few floggings - but new squad next year, new coach - couple top line players should reinvigorate the kids right at the right time…

I have no issue with blooding youngsters in bloodbaths. The Saifiti twins both debuted during Newcastle's infamous 2016 spoon year where they won one game, and got belted every other week. Both of them are now origin players.

Thought he looked good out there.
I had very little problem with his hit on Moses. He got it slightly wrong but by no stretch of my imagination was that a sin bin offence.
Id get him playing again next week

I hope the club stick with Matamua and Pole in firsts for the rest of the year. Both of them don't look out of place. Give them the opportunity to get used of the physicality and speed of week to week Nrl. Will stand them in great steed for next season.
