It was supposed to be a poll thread but just turned into another forum member bashing each other thread about Madge. Surely there are enough other threads about Madge for that.

I keep reading all this rebuild talk.

Unfortunately if you asked Madge and the players at the start of the season they would've told you that **they expected to be around the top 4.**
Madge has no idea that this is a rebuild year. That's a forum created fantasy.

Its quite simple,the people pushing for Madge to be sacked will wait 2-3 weeks and then put up another brand new shiney POLL and keep on doing it until they get a result closer to what they want.
At least they havent claimed that the result was "stolen" from them unlike the noisy minority in the USA

And those voting for him will be puffing out there chests if we manage to beat an understrength Saints, mediocrity at its best, and happy with it.

Is there a person more invested to have the wests tigers succed than Madge, his entire coaching reputation/legacy now seems to be welded to WT. He seems motivated and driven. I've drank the Maguire Kool-Aid. I vote Keep.

Well the votes show most people by far prefer to keep Madge. I voted against, but accept I am in the minority. I will be very happy for your 'keep him' votes to be proven correct. I am not holding my breath, but how good would it be for our team to go on a winning run.

Doesn't Madge handle the defence himself?
I don't think there is a defensive coach.

Maybe Luch,
Maybe Adam Doeuhi,
Maybe Joffa...

The rest are good up and coming players that will need some time..

You know if he buys or re-signs players, he can't be held responsible if they fail. He must be given time to find new replacements if they come which is no certainty.
