I like the fact that has been sorted early. No carrying on over months. He will be good probably but at the moment he is rocks and diamonds.

Bula, Talyn and Luai evolve around them. If Galvin stays so be it but the fact we offered so much and he rejected it shows to me he wants to go back to Parra.

Lots of teenage stars but not that many who have come straight into grade and had an impact like Galvin. Remember he came straight from school. No Flegg, no Cup. Think Galvin has what it takes to kick on, but now couldn't care less whether he does or doesn't. Latu is and will be the better half.

Have you seen the footage of him almost bottling the schoolboys cup? Even in his own age group he makes poor decisions.

He brings energy.. can't fault that... But whether he has the discipline is a different story

I know it’s easy to say now, but I’m not convinced he has the speed to ever be an elite 6. He can spot gaps really well but just can’t get through them.

He’ll be an origin player as lock or back rower but you don’t pay $1M for those.

I don't think it's sour grapes. It's just business. We can't afford to put more time in to a player that doesn't want to be at the tigers, and you can't win a comp with someone that doesn't want to be there either.

It puts the pressure back on the Galvin camp, having him run around on a modest contract risking a career ending injury for two years when a huge offer was on the table for 5 years. It is almost a certainty Moses believed this to be a semi-colon but Richardson informed him it is a full-stop.

I don't necessarily feel there is any bitterness towards Galvin however i do feel that Moses will no longer have the power he once had over us. In saying that i feel like maybe latu should try and slot straight into the 7, might help Luai work on his combos with the forwards whilst covering his natural left side play style. Latu is a gun half no matter where he is played so it doesn't really matter what number is on his back.

I think he could be a very good 6 - maybe he doesn't have the speed, but he has the deception and as he gets bigger he'll be even harder to stop. I agree that he'll most-likely end up in the back row.

However, I also think Latu could be an excellent 6 so I'm not too concerned.

First step, players need to want to be there.

The club statement says otherwise. Too many emotions flowing on here. We have two years with a quality developing spine, including Galvin.

Latu is a better no 6 .. it’s a matter of opinion, Latu however wants to be at the club and is signed for 3 more years

All I’m saying is, you don’t drop a bloke based solely on him not signing for life.

I reckon there is almost zero per cent chance he is here in 26. He’ll sign elsewhere in November, we’ll prioritise Latu and his new club will ask for an early release.
