Good to see LG be professional and put in a decent shift. Some great tackles too. Body language was positive - celebrating with the boys and bringing energy. As expected with a young player made some errors in judgement but he had a crack and kept busy.

Can someone please explain to me other than 1 cool try assist to Samuela and a dodgy kick with a lucky bounce where TDS managed to score through his own brilliance what Lachlan Galvin did to deserve 2 Dally M points??? Do the guys that give these points even watch the game?

Thought Galvin had a mixed game. Few moments of brilliance but a lot of mistakes. Took the wrong option a few too many times (I.e hospital pass to To’a and Seyfarth). Can see the potential just gotta learn when the play isn’t on and that’ll come with experience. Thought his kicking game in second half was pretty hopeless. Gave sharks easy field position a few too many times.

I know his kicking game was pretty average in the 2nd half but so was Trindall’s in the first half that breeze didn’t give any favours, in saying that I agree with the rest of your statement, definitely could of gave the points to someone else. We need someone with a boot

All things considered he came out and showed some class I thought. He also made a try saver later on Hazelton. Early ball to Toa as well. Kid just wants to play footy.

Yeah probably no Dally M points for me too but he also took a couple of nasty kick offs that are also tough in the wind under all sorts of pressure. He showed some toughness the kid.

That would’ve been tops, the charge down, Trindells miss, Doibies miss, then a penalty in front for us to win. OMG you must’ve been into each other for that last ten mins or so. Only way Galvin would be able to stay is if he is willing to play for 200k a year, Richo pretty much said the money we had for him is tied up in other players now.

I thought his performance yesterday, apart from the ball to Samuela, was one of his worst. Some really bad decisions and kicks when we were under pressure and needed more.

He did something I’ve never seen him do before. A try saving tackle, coming from behind around the ankles. Think it was on the Sharks prop?

Have to agree. The club obviously value Latu 40% better option based on the contract comparison so he and Luai should be starters.

Yeah I feel like that's why he keeps on getting injured as well cause we keep on rushing him back we should stick with Gavlin and Luai until Latu is 100 per cent ready
