Or he can take responsibility for his actions and see out his contract with dignity and respect for the club and coach that give him his start….? If he doesn’t know how to do that he can afford his own professional help. Either way he’s going to learn a life lesson that will define him for years to come.

It is quite possible he will learn nothing from this as it is appearing more obvious by the day he is getting terrible advice from at least 2 sources.It may take years before he realises what an insufferable deadshit he has become.

I said some time ago I thought the smiling BS was a fake con job....I dont think that will go down well with many if he runs out - if hes selected- with a big grin on Monday

My understanding of this situation is that Tigers wanted him to sign 5 years now or leave at the end of 2027. He chose to leave. Based on the state the club is in, why blame him? He will be in high demand for sure, and forget the high demand, I don't blame any player for not committing long term at the Tigers based on our history.

Tigers are right in asking him to commit now so that they can plan for 2027 and beyond. I feel we should have upgraded him and give him a year or two extension and if he doesn't sign that either, then move him on.

I blame every player for not committing to Tigers long-term, I don't care why, I don't care how sensible or self-interest it is, I despise most all of them.

I hope he joins another club in 2027 and does his ACL 5 years in a row. There is no empathy and understanding in my rugby league world, there is only Tigers winning that is acceptable.

Pole was chased by Melbourne and still stayed loyal. The man has absolutely right to be filthy at this wet noodle taking our club for a ride

Don’t like the smiling bs either, I think if he does end up lining for us he’ll be boo’d heavily

Yeah I love it's sorted early. If we keep Latu on half the money that Galvin was going to get them we can upgrade Talyn and Bula and May.

If May continues I'd give him a bonus out of the cap. Deserves it.

Do you really want him around the team though mate ? I wouldn’t have him there . Seriously even KOE I’d be hesitant as he’d be blocking someone like Lyles development .
In Football he’d be training by himself on a Different field until his contract runs out .
Th stuff about Benji is pretty harsh . I feel like Benji won’t drop him out of principle , to show he’s the bigger man . But he should ! I don’t think it shows anything .
IMO the decision has to be up to Romey and Api . If I was Benji I’d put it in their hands .
Do they want to play with this guy ?

I think you hit the nail on the head. It'll be a decision by the senior playing group and not benji himself. Tmw 4pm has never been so exciting. Then again the team tmw could be a Smoke screen and they name him, only to drop him to 18th man on the day.

The fake smiling has always got under my skin. There definitely is something very fake about him.
 
Tough position for the club and Benji...

They will know the fans are pissed and want him dropped (that says a lot considering we want to win) plus add that the players will feel pissed he has a niggle injury.

I think Deep down Richo will be ropeable
