Remember when we all thought he was coming here and he was fighting fires. Greatest guy in the world.

Now, looks like going to Souths and he’s a low life.

The psychology of sports fans is fascinating.

Really ..... haven’t read too many posts on here saying he is a low life. However it’s pretty clear that there are some serious issues attached to this player and his entourage. Whoever signs him will burn significant cap $s and then be faced with a difficult job of managing his tantrums. And when you focus on babysitting just one “Special” player the team stability just goes out of the window.

He didn't join the WT's ...so what ....probably makes him sane

Its going to take a special player to come to the club and change us

Much like Beetson when he played for Qld in SOO 1

Well who would have thought Bennett would backflip .... He is just and out and out liar.

I don't feel sorry for LM at all - this has basically been a well orchestrated plan to enable him to sign with Souffs all along.

Hopefully, he will be well researched by each team before their games (be tackled around the legs - pointless going high) and that he will have a massive form slump over the next 10 years.

I have no sympathy for him and I'm sick of people that say he only a kid and doing the best for his family. If he committed a crime hed do time in an adult prison, not a kids prison. He will never struggle to pay off a mortgage or a car. He is doing what's best for himself.

And why shouldn't he?

Not saying he shouldn't.

Don't think he had any intention of going anywhere or play fullback, just thought he was entitled to more money but the Roosters refused to be held to ransom.

It has always bothered me, why did he met with Cowboys? Why did he choose to be used like that in a ploy to hurry up Holmes? Is it because he was using us at the time and it was all a game to him?

I think he just wanted to explore all
Options before putting pen to paper and getting a free holiday up to North Queensland

So Latrell won’t be at Wests Tigers training on the 6th...I’ve had no reception for a few days...?

Wests Tigers training on the 6th

24 hrs until the scheduled Press Release. Complete with Pic of LM in the new Kit, dodging some witches hats, and smiling with Brooksie and Mybe in an intimate "we knew all along, deal was done" moment. And then I woke up.

Exactly. I don't know what to think of him but I don't think he is a bad guy. As far as rugby league players go to me he is a relatively likable player.

There is something funny going on though and Latrell in my opinion isn't handling the situation well if the rumors are true. This whole drama just sounds to me like Latrell simply isn't ready to be a professional sportsman. This isn't a comment stating that he is a bad person. It's completely different. It's stating that he has people in his entourage playing games that appear to be screwing him over. He needs to sort the situation out himself and provide clear directions to his managers regarding what he is after. It doesn't even sound like he knows who his manager is.

It looks like the whole saga has been a decoy to get him to souths all along, no doubt easts pulled their deal when they found out he was talking to souths. After that, it was all just a show to fool the NRL that souths didn’t break the rules and negotiate with a contracted player before they were allowed. Bennett and souths I hope have a catastrophic season, they forced Sam out, the NRL bought the story, they are scum

miss any game time.

It never stopped Hazchem El Masri or SBW.

I don’t know what their religion is but I recall Hopoate not playing on Sunday. Don’t know if he still doesn’t play but I also recall a player taking up some sort of missionary position in Africa?

The two above are Muslim, Hopoate is Mormon I believe.

This episode have been a very sad indictment for NRL.

I see. I know I’m straying but if veganism were legally classified as a religion, which has been recently proposed, then I feel it would have a much greater effect on the NRL than the Mormon religion.

I just hope for latrell and his young family that he is getting his million a year, like we could of given him.
These player managers are ruining the game something fierce.
