I fear he is too mentally unstable, if this is true I pray they put incentives/KPI in his contract based on performance for eg $800k base rate and balance based on his personal performance

$1.3m per year for four years is a lot. But I rate Mitchell in the best 2 of the game (with Teddy) and if Madge thinks we can afford it, then awesome!
