Walsh comes into first grade and looks a star. Laurie looks ok. Not great. Not bad. Sound Under the high ball, but limited threat in attack and poor in defence for to his small size

This guy is a superstar. Greg Alexander said he’s the best talent to come out in the last ten years. If we had a shot at him I would cry to sleep every night.

How do you rate him over the whole season so far?

Talented for sure. I think game has come off a little.

Has the worst positioning of any FB in the Comp. not to mention madge is killing his development, he barely comes into the line for attacking shifts, much like Doeuhi last season so I think it’s pretty evident it’s a coaching decision

Would love to know how Walsh slipped through every teams radar. Surely signing with the warriors is a last resort. Hartigsn how did you miss him?

Well he is a Kiwi. If I had to hazard a guess, I’d say he has family back home. Still a bad look for Brisbane to let him go. You go above and beyond to keep a kid like that happy. Bring his family over if that’s the issue. Could end up worse than the Cowboys letting Ponga go.

He’s a kiwi in the same way that Thurston is though. If it came down to his decision, he’d definitely be playing for aus/qld. He doesn’t know that side of his family

Tend to agree, his game is just meh atm, not his fault for our ordinary performances though.

Laurie is the best no 1 we have...but no superstar.We maybe saw one of those last nite
Couragous and athletic under the high ball...good support player...but a totally ineffective one on one tackler and whilst quick off the mark has average top end speed(which makes him the quickest in WTS!!)
Hes young..will get stronger..and worth persevering with
Isaayko is a winger only..probably wanting full backs $$$.We are so absolutely desperate for outside backs and will have so much cash we shld probably meet him in the middle

Yeah, Isaako more suited to wing/centre for mine.

Just like Tim Simona was.
