Is Brooks carrying an injury? He seemed to not move faster than a slow jog the entire time he was out there.
 
I don't understand what people are so upset about. If JT had of come out and said that we believe in the 9s as a bona fide tournament and will be doing everything in our powers to win it - then yes i would be peeved at the total lack of committment. But when he came out and said that they haven't trained for it, have no desire to win it and are more focused on the real comp - i for one am quite happy they just went through the motions.

Puts it into a bit of perspective. Yes the attitude sucked, but it's hardly going to impact the club round one. I doubt Moses, Woods and Tedesco we're watching that worrying what it will mean for the year ahead.

I dont understand JTs, the clubs, or your attitude

If we seriously challenged the ''real comp'' year in year out..then yes, I can understand it.
But we suck at everything we play in just about….we are a poor team, poor club with a poor coach who really should be striving to get the best from his players....ahh forget it

Rankin has no right to be in the NRL team, he showed it last year and he is continuing it on, if JT keeps picking him this year then the club needs to end JT's tenure pronto.
 
I half expected we would struggle to win a game…but I did not expect a load of rubbish.

It's not fair on the punters who have forked out money to see them play and not fair on the supporters who keep the club alive

Sorry but Pasco needs to explain why we just plodder through the motions with no interest or intent

Okay it was novelty event and results mean jack but that is not the point...as supporters we want to see something that might make us a little more positive than last round 2016...and we got nothing

You don't think there's a clear line between the two groups? Swap Aloiai and Eisenhuth and you've got a clear FG and NSW Cup grouping.

If they are proud to be involved with a club that churned out the absolute s%#% that they dished up today then that is a concern, particularly from the captain.
Here's hoping the club can just flick the switch from ambivalent and not giving a stuff to 100% switched on and willing to do anything to win come Round 1\. I doubt they will TBH.

We lost 18-10 and 14-6\. You'd think we lost by 50\. How the hell do you correlate 9's with a bunch of reserve graders to round one when we're at full strength? I honestly don't get it.

JT just said a week or two ago that 9s wasn't our focus and we didn't actually care about it.
If people are reading into those two rubbish games as a gauge of the season to come then you need some meds.
