Live Game Thread *Spoilers*

If we play like that every week, we're in the finals. Don't feel as deflated as last week, all I ever want to see is effort.

I just hope it doesn't impact them for next week.

I only have one question in the end with the grounding ..why did they stop looking at the second angle

That angle they decided on ...there was no way you can see if the ball is coming loose

His pinky was definitely off the ball ..you can't see if their is a shadow between ball and hand from that angle

The only fair angle was the 2nd angle and the ball is sliding out of his hand from that angle

Quick question, why did the ref check Burgess point-down if he had already called Brooks’ try? Souths has no challenges left?

it was the same play so he can check it. brooks gets tackled, and we score, he cant review

Because it was all in the same play

So when JTJ is tackled Souths have enough time time to cook dinner before held is called and he's dragged over the touchline. Yet held is called in a millisecond when Garner's about to strip Latrell.

Wests didn't get a 50/50 call all night.

They would have looked at it anyway ...they used the wrong angle

He let the play run and called it back to see if Burgess grounded it. To be honest I am OK that he called it that way because it would have allowed us to win it if Burgess knocked it on rather than calling play back.

Was that not a clean strip from Garner???

100% legit

Ref called held as he grabbed it.

Which usually goes back to playing the ball.... I thought? If its simultaneous.

I agree ... shouldn’t have been a penalty.

So many mixed emotions with this game tonight, definitely proud of the effort that was put in by the team although it makes me wonder why we can’t produce that every week.

And It would be nice if we could win these really close games just once damn it.

Brooks should of sat down five mins before the line. Would of been play on.
