@851 Brooks threw the final pass twice for two tries. When there is nothing to work with in the backline, a lot of pressure falls on the halves.


I would say Corey cost us big tonight he made a few mistakes that caused momentum swings that resulted in tries plus his no try because of his poor positional play to be in front of the kicker.


This has happened quite a bit lately, yeh he is energetic but he is no top 8 fullback

As I’ve said before he was only a stopgap filler until something better comes along...

Mbye has to see Canterbury Cup not good enough for captain and a highly paid player.

We need a left centre, goal kicker, bigger fullback, Thompson back to the wing and a big bruising prop.

Why can't Marshall take the kicks for goal? Didn't he use to be a fairly good goal kicker? Nobody can consistently win games these days without a decent kicker and Esan just doesn't qualify!

Brooks is diabolical
He has only won one game for us and that was his debut lol
Short kicking game is crap
Doesn’t have a long kicking game
Can’t put up a decent high ball

Only thing that’s improved is his defence as he had no other option as he was a speed hump .
( but Brad Takarangi would beg to differ)

Feki is heading overseas and they have lost Holmes and Edrick Lee last year. Dugan is no winger either is Xerri or Morrris.

I’ll find out tomorrow. ageing winger was a gun if it’s a short term 2 year deal it’s very smart.
They have two good young players that should be selected Mulitalo, Katia. The sharks recruitment has been questionable Dugan, Woods, Moylan, Johnson. They have great young players.
