I am of the opinion that it would be a great coup for the club if Lote signs for only 1 season! Great for bringing on board sponsors and possibly for filling all our home games with supporters from all clubs.

Throw in the fact that he will remind everyone that he is better suited to the 13 man game than the 15 man game (more room to create havoc).

Lote Tuqiri if you sign on the dotted line I personally will re-join as a Tigers supporter in 2010 and make numerous trips down the Pacific Highway from Coffs Harbour to watch you play at the home game grounds!

Just from a marketing point of view the potential is endless and the extra bums on seats etc. A bit like Wendall for Saints.

The red and green also have to work with a salary cap - i know Wing and Asotasi are gone but they have already signed half of the availbale forwards in the comp and couldn't possibly have enough to cover Burgess.
