Mad Monday Allegations

I do find this is taken as a true story, but really it is an irrelevant story. those players are no longer here and have no influence.
But we still put in poor performances. It's almost an excuse for the club. Divided group no chance of success with that but here we are the bad eggs removed and still no success.

I disagree paws . It’s indicative of a culture that benji lead , which really resorts back to about face we did from Cleary to Madge in coaching styles . All the BS about Benji buying in , clearly isn’t true if there was a revolt at some point . And if that did happen , and there’s guys here still under contract , and even out there on Sunday , it can seep in like a cancer .

Benji is gone so is the other players except Packer (who would be a pariah to the rest of the group if this is true). They should all be united now as at least 2 of the problems are gone (and the only remaining one would be on the outer). This playing group should be united by this experience.

If true get rid of everyone. The team is average so what are you actually losing? I heard something similar at Leichhardt on Sunday there’s something wrong in the team. The coach has to lose his mind before they start playing. It’s a disgrace. Fans deserve be better than this nonsense.

You can’t just kill ideas by removing the person who planted it . At that point , the idea has a mind of its own .

Anyone hear what was said on WestsLife Podcast about what allegedly happened on Mad Monday?

For those who didn't it seems Benji, Packer and either Aloiai or Reynolds were causing division over whether to get behind Madge or not and went to Pascoe to ask to get him fired. Then on mad Monday a bunch of guys Madge had signed (and a few others) got so heated over the issue that they went outside and almost had a blue.

Seems that the players who have our coach's back really have his back and those who don't really don't. A "house divided against itself cannot stand".

Why am not surprised Benji's name is in there...... So glad the little white ant isn't at the club anymore.

How did you get down voted for this ? The guys done nothing but be a cancer for us , either directly , or indirectly eg. Nrl360 for many years now , at some point the good , gets over taken .

Certain players play hard others don’t. I have no idea to be honest. Getting beaten by better teams is not the issue it’s the effort in defence which speaks volumes.

I really don't buy this.

If you follow our players on social media, especially the last couple of years - they are a very tight group. Every milestone/someone leaving, most players would post a congratulations/thank you about it. Reynolds is very much loved by almost every player.

The current crop look more like a split group than the ones of years gone by.
