Agree 100%. This club is just dumb. Throw away a premiership winner who wants to be here and gives his whole heart, just so we can chase some rookie. Absolute joke.

He is done, maybe if he allowed others to help he would still be in a position to improve us.

That was his biggest downfall, he hired numpty's who were no threat to his position, he sacked himself if the stories are true about him being gone

But to be fair, we first need a complete change of philosophy in the positions above Madge.
The leadership need to become ruthless in their pursuit of success or it won’t matter who is in the playing group.

This passion narrative is dumb. For my nba fans out there, Madge is Patrick Beverly. All heart, leaves everything on the court but talent wise he’s junior level and just talks for the sake of talking. The premiership winner narrative is even worse. That was an age ago in modern rugby league at a way better club. His last 5 years in the NRL tells you all you need to know.

Funny as well that everyone quotes madges passion and yet don’t want Paul green to replace him when by all reports he is the exact same coach in terms of style and passion and has also won a premiership ?

No coshise,they were part of the dismal year,Packer got paid as per contract and played bugger all,Mbye has been moved on and we still pay some of his frieght...
What all the Madge haters cant understand is that he has got the pathways back on track,has got some great young talent to lay a foundation for the future,has passion for the club just like us,debuted some young guys and wants to change the culture of the club from the rotten boys club that ran it for years...he hasnt got an NRL level squad to field week in week out,but he is developing them ,this takes time...the sooner the people realise the real problems the better....hint....higher up than Madge,its been going on for years with favourites etc...Lee ...his influence to extend Noffa...an example...read between the lines...

Or are they safe and other players are marked instead.
