Thats fine,but do you know what Madge has to go through on a daily,weekly basis to get this squad to be competative.?? Its a lot like a coach told me once opinions are like a.holes ...everyone has got one and its normal human nature,but make sure you can back up the opinion you have with some sembalence of facts ...I have no idea how to coach an NRL side,but I give the bloke who has been picked to coach them the chance to ...

Blaming the coach for a decade of failure is really clutching at straws. Teams have to be built from the ground up you can’t recruit your way out of dramas. Big name players in Sydney will always sign with winning teams Roosters/Rabbits/Eels. You can get them if you pay overs and screw the cap again.

Titans, Knights are current examples. You also can’t train and select better teams to win if the talent is not at the level of the opposition in particular against the top 5 sides.

We will get flogged virtually every game against Panthers, Storm, Eels, Roosters, Rabbits. Mark it down remember it and don’t blame the coach as it is obvious. We will compete against most other sides.

The club is starting to invest properly in its football department finally and the answer is replace the coach. It’s fantasy stuff it won’t change anything but likely make things worse.

Boy is this thread tiresome. Madge will definitely see out 2021, you can guarantee it. I imagine he'll get a good whack at 2022 as well before any drastic decisions are made. By end of 2022 he's got 1 year left.

You can bang on endlessly about how much you dislike him, or the game has passed him by etc. but it won't change the club's decision-making this year.

I very seriously doubt the club has any intention of reinstalling Sheens as head coach.

Now maybe if there were a number of decent coaches on the market Tigers might be thinking differently, but there are not. There's Peptide Pete and Bomber Morris, that's it. Adam O'Brien and Holbrook were supposed to be the next good coaching candidates and they are doing absolutely nothing with two fairly handy rosters. Yet to be seen if Fitzgibbon can do anything at the Sharks.

He missed 6 tackles yesterday

Wouldn’t it be great if he had a big scary human next to him wearing number 11 or 12 who could help in defence. Jamie Soward hardly ever made a tackle because he had Beau Scott. Our halves are left to fend for themselves.

Many good footy judges across a variety of platforms would disagree, they had Doueihi as our best player for the time he was at five eight.

It was better for his individual game at 5/8th, no question, problem is that came at the detriment of the players playing around him.

I think its a combination of this but more so that playing Douehi at 6 meant we had less strike in centres to pay with, which cost the team.

If we had great centres, I think you'd see a much better Douehi at 6

Deouhis short ball is the only time I've seen Laurie hit a hole at speed.
