The best news is the so called media is off our backs and looking at other clubs…. I truly believe that Woods and Teddy deep down are regretting their decisions a little as we are heading on the up..
Without the coach we wouldn't be signing these players so well done Tigers

Couldnt disagree more mate.

We are paying overs for reserve graders of those over their peak.

a hodge podge of reserve graders.

I reckon they will all take the $$$ and plod.

Woods and Teddy gonna be free of mediocrity and flourish

I hope you are not serious - this post of yours is a gee up right?

If you honestly believe what you have written then you really need to start watching RL games and leave it alone. Lol

Who have we paid overs for:

Lolohea $450 - tedesco $1.2m
Reynolds $720 - moses $900k
Packer is killing it for the dragons and much cheaper than woods. Mautilno killing it for warriors. For the first time in a long time we are recruiting decent players who still have years to come. You must be very confused.

+Never seen a recruitment drive/cleanout like this …we will be barely recognisable
Exciting stuff
What I like most is all these players want to come and play for Cleary

What? Coming to play for Cleary? I thought they were coming to play for me. Seriously, some of the the doomsayers on here need to cheer up a bit. "Come on and Let the Good times Roll", (Rolling Stones circa 1963.

Im serious but desperatly hope Im wrong.

There is no doubt some of the players we have signed will not work out(that is team sport)but i do believe we have a better foundation to build from than we have had for many years.About 4m+ dollars not being on our cap next year(Tedesco Woods Moses Robbie Siro and Ava) gives an awful lot of buying power.
Also our poor roster is being culled,i am sure Rankin will be the first of more than a couple to be moved on.
The important thing is we still have money for when the salary cap starts to hurt other clubs who have overspent for 2018.There is a world of pain coming to some clubs by the end of 2017 when their bean counters do their job.We should be able to pick up a good castoff or 2

It was either last year or the year before Thompson was playing well for the Dogs filling in for injuries. Came close to securing a first grade position.

Yo. Looks like our BL for next season has been done and dusted.
1.Corey Thompson 2\. David Nofoaluma 3\. Mahe Fonua 4\. Moses Suli 5.Kevin Naiqama 6\. Josh Reynolds 7\. Tui Lolohea

what percentage does corey thompson kick at? having trouble find stats on him

above 70% and im happy, woulda made the 8 last year if moses could kick at 70

I like this backline but Fonua may also be a good option. I suppose if we don't get Milne or Rona Fonua takes one of those spots.

good stuff - funny how they said nobody wants to come to the West Tigers

I've never heard that no one will come here , but the numberof top quality players who are battering our door down isn't exactly a torrent,

slowly coming our way GCT :sign:
