Marsters Goal Kicking

Madge must have a lot of faith and trust in him then….. orrr Madge wasnt aware of the injury which would be a bit bizzare

That’s all very well but what’s his excuse for all the other games he’s kicked below average in? He’s not a good goal kicker by any stretch of the imagination!

Disappointed in Madge not addressing this problem and just sticking with Marsters. It’s not like last week was the first time that goal kicking has cruelled us. I’m just reading ‘sorry but we don’t have anyone else’ in Madge’s comments of support for Marsters.

working overtime on his goal-kicking with club legend Brett Hodgson this week

Thank god, I hope something rubs off. Going out on a limb here but I feel he has some sort of ability, just needs to improve his confidence more than anything.

masters did kick at 77% last year which was above a number of the so called top goal kickers including Adam Reynolds, Clint Gutherson, Aidan Sezer

I like many was hoping we'd never see him kick for us after last week. But a great show of faith from Madge has really given him some confidence.

Doesn't at all appear a natural goal kicker but I really hope he can keep this up.

The day he kicks one from out wide in the 79th minute to win a game is the day I will call him a goal kicker.

The one from out wide to put us in front by 2 looked OK

Well don't I look like a real twat for this comment! Good on ya Madge for sticking with him and congrats Esan on bouncing back like that. I honestly didn't think he could do it.

I liked the one from out wide when we were down by 2\. Pressure kick that one, and he stood up and had a shot. Slotted it over too. It was good to see.

I was terrified it was going to miss, mind you, and I could barely watch it.
