Absolutely! Look out Ivan - 1 loss in the first 5 rounds and the knives will be out!

SINNER
WESTS Tigers paid a ridiculous $1.3 million for rookie Moses Suli before he’d even played first grade. It didn’t work out. So they release him to the Bulldogs. Was it really necessary to then tell the media that he was a poor trainer with a bad attitude to justify their recruitment blunder to fans? Poor form.
That is deserved.
No it's not
The club allowed this situation to happen. That signing was idiotic and unfair to seasoned players on less. The kid has a pathetic attitude all year long yet remains in top grade despite poor performances after his first month. He then gets injured and is mollycoddled despite not putting in during rehab. He then starts bad mouthing the joint.
Eventualy the right decision to cut him is made but you can not blame outsiders from saying its just more of the same from a perenially poorly run club.

They just cannot do right can they.
They were in a damned if you do damned if you don’t situation with the kid. And who knows he may have been a lot more committed to training seeing that Tim Simona wasn’t in the pre season last year.
So with all the bad views of the club and not being able to secure JAC they got stuck in a bidding war for a position they’ve been notoriously week in. They don’t sign the kid we have Chee Kam play a year in the centres and keep a spare 300 handy for whatever pops up. But they win the bid and sign him trying to get the fans on side for once for securing a kid in their system and the opinion becomes very polarising.
It’s safe to say Ivan wouldn’t have signed him in the first place at least not on that coin and the last coach we had was doing everything he could to secure his position.
But the question remains who in our administration made the signing? If it is Pascoe has some of that responsibility been afforded to Ivan. Maybe it was McDonnel before he left? Im interested to see how we handle Essan Marsters’ next contract.
But ultimately there is only one club that doesn’t have their sheet together according to BuZz and it’s getting very repetitive and in most cases unjust. And that was the point to my post.
@ said:You can bag Suli but he was one of the best performers when on the field and he never took a backward step. But the club has made the right decision in letting him go.
@ said:Gee it's easy to be a journalist in the modern day
The club doesn't come out and defend itself and they are keeping secrets
The club does come out and your sticking the boot in
Pascoe when questioned next time should come out and tell the other journos to just ask Buzz Rothfield , he is the Father , Son and Holy Ghost of the National Rugby League in his own eyes
And yet his eyes are closed when its fair Up,Up Cronulla
And anyway , the ball is now in Suli's court to show the WT's they were wrong and should of persevered or were right and he is all the club said and more

Way before i knew anything about his issues, just my observation from the games i closely watched him in.
At least now he's not our problem, the Dogs have got themselves a dud.
He won't see out his contract at the Dogs either, he'll go to Rugby somewhere.

Yes you did! What made you think this when just about everyone else was seeing great value in him? Just curious.
@ said:He is an idiot. He bags wests for the so called outing of Suli and right next to this crap, he bags Meninga for not outing the players involved in the fight in the Aussie camp.

Just watched what he did when he didn't have the ball, also watched his athleticism with the ball and general movement and technique when defending.
As a 19yr old i expected more zip and quickly realised he hasn't got it, so the next thought for someone who is still growing is backrow and he just doesn't seem the type to be able to handle that work load.
IMO he's a MCK type, maybe a tad better but that type if you understand what i mean.
My other big call was Brooks, i never saw his debut like most did, so i never had that positive bias about him from the beginning.
I live in Qld so i miss all the Sydney paper hype, i just judge them as i see them play and it's no secret i think Brooks is overall ordinary.
This is his make or break season, don't believe these articles about him not feeling the pressure, he'll be feeling it alright especially now that we've freed up some cash.
We won't do anything as long as Brooks is at 7.

Brooks biggest concern is injury. His got better cattle this year but injury have set him back quite a bit.
