Most Underrated Player 2000-2011

Nick Graham was up there also 😱pen_mouth:

Will never forget when he stepped out of the way in the 50 point beating by Saint George in 04

His effort would rate as one of the most disgraceful efforts in a Tigers jersey in my memory

Ben Te'o did that as well at Leichhardt once.

Has there ever been a more blatant example of someone tanking it ever after they've signed with another club then Ben Te'o? I remember that game. I forget who it was against, but i remember he was hooked straight away. I'll never forget the way he carried himself when he was going through contract negotiations. Promoting himself in the media, saying how he was his own player manager, and saying how he emailed clubs to let them know he was interested in a chat. Only interested in the highest bidder that sell-out

Fallah was a teacher at my school. 1 of the funniest guyz i've ever met

And also a touchie for a time

Yep he was. I remember that game against Penrith when we gave up the 31-8 lead, there was an incident in the first half when we were kicking for goal from the sideline, it was that close 1 touchie waved it away, and 1 had his flag in the air, and Faz was the one who waved it away. As it turned out that cost us the game :imp:

I reckon Liam Fulton is the most underrated, but not by me or Sheensie.

I reckon he will start in the 13 next year at lock…...Rhino off bench!

I was watching some of last years games yesterday and he was awesome.....attack and defense and I reckon we havent seen the best of him.

Cheers.

Yeah you are Fulton does some much that goes without being noticed.

So finalists for me as our unsung heroes…

Mark O'Neill, Ben Galea, Liam Fulton and Todd Payten.

2 fullbacks to come to mind, Matt Sears and Joel Cain. Wasnt Cain the top points scorer in the early part of this century?

I dunno about Seers Cos

Seers made Moltzen look like Slater under the high ball but gee Seers could run

Corey Payne…....the ball playing skills he showed recently at the dogs but has never been been allowed to use....its criminal.

We mustve gone through every player by now???

I think it was against the Warriors, from memory I think Heighno went off his nut at him in the in-goal area.
It cost us the game too because Hodgo missed a conversion after the siren to level it up.

I remember watching him in his first few games for the Dogs and thinking, why the hell was he never afforded an opportunity to showcase that at the Tigers.

What about McGuiness, didnt he come back from drug charges against Newcastle and score a heap of tries, i remember cause it was my birthday and celebrated it at the Balmain Leagues club.

30 tries in 55 games for WT's I dont reckon buddha was underrated, he had beautiful footwork and real speed….defence was his only chink
