The last thing we should ever do is backend contracts it was Noyce who started that mess and it has taken us this long to get out of it because all our other ceo's except pascoe thought it was a good idea.

If Moylan was to come, I'm sure some of his salary will be TPA's. We have 28 signed, so if 1 is on minimum wage ( I think it's around $100k), we will have $600k + TPA's.
