I don't believe we are interested at all.
I believe Ivan is playing the game.
Until Ivan's words everyone believed Moylan was a spoilt brat.
What has it done since, made him desirable to some.
Now I wish I was wrong as Moylan would make a great fullback and plays very similar to Hodgo whom would be his mentor.
And hasn't Moylan said recently that he prefers Fullback?
But what ever Ivan has said, any club that buys him will have to consider there salary position and therefore may release a depth signing they were hoping to keep.
Positions 29 and 30 are not likely to be filled by a potential superstar with only 700k to cover both.
It happens every year a player merry go round.
This year it will be the Halves!
Sit back there's much in store yet.
A wishful prediction,
Green Warriors
Maloney Manly
Cronk Sharks
Moylan Tigers
One can hope.
Storm will win the comp and Cronk will hang up the boots for a career with Fox Sports.
If thats the case why wouldn't he just announce his retirement. It would only benefit Storms chances as they would get a lift from his announcement.
On the other hand, if he was going to another club n announced it chances are it would be a distraction.
Just because he hasn't announced it publicly doesn't mean he hasn't told his teammates. Maybe the way they have been playing has been due to that lift you are talking about. My guess is he didn't want his retirement turned into a circus, which it would have been. He'll make it official when the Storm's season is finished.
