With no brooks and all this off field drama I can see Storm smash us by at least 20 points.

The puppet master (Cronk) will have a field day putting his faster backs past Thompson and Luila.

Storm need to improve their forward and against and we it appears we will help them.

Agree Rowe to full back and Moses to half back.

The storm will have a field day against that side. We lack pace on the edges and that's where we will get punished.

Thompson will go great at centre he won't rush up and miss like Lawrence always does.

yes but his problem is the fast centres and wingers run around him cause his a forward and slower. Happens every game his in as centre.

Bingo, anyone who thinks Thompson is a better centre than Rowdy has no idea,Thompson would be the worst centre in the NRL,and Potter keeps picking him or moving him there. :brick:

Keep Moses at fullback,Austin to half and Sironen at 5/8 that way we can have better defence which will be sorely needed,

I agree leave moses at fullback, don't want rowe any where near 1st grade ever. Austin and sirro to the 1/2s, but what will the coach do any ones guess, hes as been as sheens was.

Really? Austin and Sirro in the halves is a bad idea. We struggle enough with kicking yards and fifth tackle options and those two aren't the answer.
Rowe proved he was a more than capable fill in (some even saying he could be groomed should Teddy go to Canberra) and we need Moses' kicking game this week more than ever.

Siro is no longer a half. He has trained all off season and prepared his body for a full time move to the forwards. That's where he should stay. He's also put on quite a few extra kg's in the last 12 months, would make playing in the halves very difficult

well he is not preforming as a forward, so then he should be dropped.

It's not Thompson's fault, he is a forward and was selected to play centre. The fault is with the genius, whoever it was, who decided to let go our performing backs, namely Koro and Mr. T midway through the season. Whoever it was has a lot, lot yet to learn. We are now virtually goners.

This won't be popular , but we are desperate without Brooks

1 Moses
6 Austin
7 Farah
9 Halatau

Is that you Tim….desperate maybe but Farah at 7 has never ever worked....

Moses to the halves ...Rowe to fullback...like for like as much as possible

I know it hasn't , but it should

I would love to know how many times Robbie receives the ball as first receiver during a game when he plays 9 ??

Look Geo , with all the injuries I'm out of ideas

I wonder what is going through Potter's mind

In years past under Sheens he was at first receiver a lot..with very limited success…this year however he has played the more traditional 9 and it shows

You don't weaken a strength to strengthen a weakness....Moses is a natural half...defence could be an issue but he could defend on the wing allowing Lulia and Thompson to shift in one where they can defend in their normal positions...

This counts for 2 though in the other direction. So Nofo, Lawrence & Tedesco being out combine for a -3 but Anasta counts for +2.

So overall we are down a little dependent if Brooks plays or not. If Brooks plays I don't see the big issue.

LOL
Some just cannot keep up.
We have half a team injured.
Weve exhausted our second tier cap.

So you suggest MORE unforced changes than the ones we already are struggling to adopt to already.

Brooks out, Sirro to 6, Akauola to start in the backrow.

Thanks Willow, seems some posters were on the money. A tough night just became tougher.

Not sure about Blake running the side, but hope he proves my doubt to be misplaced. Would like to see Mitchell and him swapping roles a bit when we have the ball.

Whilst me and mine won't be there tonight, for those braving the cool temp tonight, particularly with the inside out jerseys, please give an extra cheer for the rest of us :sign:
