Am I the only one who struggles to see what people see in CHN

He'll get belted if the Tigers can't lay a platform first for him.

What I will give CHN is he knows how to run a hole, something Garner seems to have forgotten. Chris Lawrence still the only bloke in the side to make tactical runs into gaps and be willing to cop a shot on the way through.

And, as Chrissy hits that hole ....? he usually drops the ball. How many times have we seen that?

Garner was a huge improvement on that in 2019, hoping he can get back to it ASAP.

As for Lawrence ...? His best days are well and truly behind him. I think his retention in the run-on squad this week is a worrying sign of the lack of depth in our backs.

Not half as worrying as Mbye playing again.

How many tries will he let in this week?

Prior to last game he'd been playing well, particularly defensively. We are a much stronger side with Mbye in the team.

Lawrence should replace Mbye at left centre and as captain.

Imo I wouldn't have Rowdy in my 17.

Well he's miles ahead of Garner, Lawrence, MCK, McQueen and whatever other blokes we have loitering in the back row currently. So yeah, there is a lot of positivity to see in CHN.

Not sure how Okunbor got a reduced penalty: from the details that were made public he very much did the wrong thing.
CHN on the other hand was thrown in by association by the looks.

He has never been that good since we got him.

If you think what he is delivering on the field is anywhere near value for money on what we are paying him.

He is getting hundreds of thousands and delivering peanuts.

Sooner they get rid of him and get Momo back the better.

CHN is a top line second rower. Great runner of the ball and very good hands. I agree, seems unlikely, but would be a very important pick up.

Oh i'm not saying we wouldn't be after him, I would imagine we are, but I think he'd have a number of suitors.

TBH we pretty much need an upgrade in every single position bar coach. We will be spreading our meagre funds pretty thin.
Wouldn't mind a whole new new strength/conditioning staff for starters out of the "soft cap". Injuries seem a bane for us nearly every season.
