Oliver Gildart has agreed to join the WestsTigers

**Centre Oliver Gildart had been named in the starting line-up but had to withdraw when he suffered a groin strain in the warm-up.**

That is twice this season he has broken down in the warm up. He has barely been able to play a month straight without injury now for a few seasons. I like him, but he has a LOT of Josh Reynolds about him.

And that is the UK...NRL will be a hell of a lot more physical.

Watched most Wigan games this season and Gildart is a liability in every aspect, especially defence. He’s lost his pace since coming back from knee reco and is not the same player he used to be. Hope we can find a way to back out of this contract before he arrives, he’s made of glass and Wigan fans can’t wait for him to leave

Hastings on the other hand will be a success

Gee, thanks for the confidence boost. Opened up at this page to see @Snake stating similarly and brightened up a bit until this reinforced a lot of concern shown regarding his injuries.

Yeah they both put in a good showing, against the top of the table team. The kind of well executed grind out win that the Tigers don't do.

Hastings has such a good attacking kicking game, miles above what we have currently. Not sure how good his long kicking is though

Be that as it may. I think most know it’s a notch down, not to mention tactically it is different as well.

I watched the Wigan v Warrington Magic round game and he held his own against the opposition halfback who just happened to be playing in the game from the upper echelon just 2 months ago.
